What is Damascus G10 and how it's made?
Damascus G10 is a G10 Material which is made by crushing G10 prepreg layers in a chaotic shape then forming with high pressure and temperature.
We get the scales' pattern surface by side-cutting a thick board.
This process is very alike to the process of forging famous damascus steel. Then comes the name of " Damascus G10"
With the different layouts and shapes of g10 Prepreg layers we can have different Damascus Patterns. Like "Twist" and "Rain drop"
Unlike steel, it allows us to add more vivid colors to it with G10.
